THE CORE PRINCIPLE

The growth mindset, coined by Stanford Professor and psychologist Carol Dweck, understands that life's obstacles can either be viewed as failures or opportunities to grow. Founder, Lindsey Jensen, uses her academic background in medicine and neuroscience, in conjunction with her robust experience in the yoga and fitness industry, to apply this fundamental concept to her work - ultimately spreading this mentality and helping others perform their best in all aspects of their lives.

Lindsey Jensen is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and fitness instructor who has been teaching since 2019. Graduating from the University of Virginia with a degree in Cognitive Science and concentration in Neuroscience, Lindsey initially pursued allopathic medicine to become a physician. It wasn’t until she was enrolled in medical school that she realized her passion for holistic wellness. She ultimately changed course and turned her focus to integrative approaches. Lindsey strongly believes combining yoga and strength training, alongside a mentality of positivity, willingness to grow, and viewing challenges as opportunities, is the key to lifelong physical, mental, and emotional success. Her purpose is to help people live more active, happier, and healthier lives, supporting others to perform their best both on and off the mat. She affirms that if you can change your mindset, you can change your life.

Private 1:1 Sessions

Small & Large Group Classes

Events/Collaborations

Pick your choice of desired yoga and/or fitness format (45-90min) in person or virtual*: 

  • Power Yoga - vinyasa style, linking breath to movement designed to build heat, strength, + endurance

  • Hot Yoga - set sequence of poses, held for 5-7 breaths with little to no weight on shoulders + wrists

  • Restore - yin yoga practice, holding postures for 1-6 minutes to exercise connective tissue

  • Yoga Nidra - guided meditation to promote a restful state between waking + sleeping

  • Hot Flow + Weights - power yoga paired with hand weights in repeated flows

  • Yoga Sculpt - power yoga incorporating weighted strength training + cardio bursts

  • High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) - short bursts of high intensity aerobic movements followed by short periods of lower intensity + active recovery

  • Yoga for Athletes - emphasizes strength + mobility exercises alongside injury prevention + recovery
    *option for fusion (blend of two desired formats) + Reiki add on (minimal to no touch energy healing)

Workshops

Extended, specialized session on the topic of your choice - designed to explore in more detail & depth, utilizing various learning styles
